A website is not a business card

Most business websites were built to exist, not to work. They have a logo, a photo and a phone number, and they sit there while customers land, look around for a few seconds, and leave.

A website that works has one job: turn the person who found you into a person who calls, books or writes. Everything on this list serves that job.

Nobody visits your website to admire it. They visit to decide.

The 7 things, part 1: the first seconds

  1. It says what you do and where

In the first screen, without scrolling: what you offer, in what area, and why you. If a stranger can't say it back after five seconds, it isn't clear yet.

  2. It's made for the phone first

Most of your visitors are on a phone. Text readable without zooming, buttons big enough for a thumb, nothing that slides sideways.

  3. It loads fast

Every second of waiting is a customer clicking the next result. Light images, no heavy video before the content shows up.

  4. A contact button that actually works

Call, text or a short form, visible without scrolling. And it has to reach a real inbox: a form that sends to nobody is worse than no form.

Part 2: being found and trusted

  1. Google can find it

One page per service, your city named where it matters, and the same name, address and phone everywhere, including your Google Business Profile.

  2. It shows proof

Real photos of your work and your people, real reviews, real numbers. Stock photos tell the customer you could be anyone.

  3. Somebody keeps it alive

Hours, prices and services that are current, and every message that comes in gets answered. An outdated website quietly says the business is outdated too.

Number 7 is the one almost every website fails. Building it is a weekend; keeping it working is the real job.

Check yours in 10 minutes

CheckHow
Clear in 5 secondsShow it to someone who doesn't know you for five seconds. Ask: what do they do, and where?
PhoneOpen it on your own phone. Can you read, tap and contact without zooming?
SpeedOpen it on mobile data, not Wi-Fi, and count. More than three seconds is too long.
ContactSend yourself a message through your own form. Did it arrive? How long did it take?
GoogleSearch your service and your city. Do you show up? Is the information right?
ProofCount the real photos and the reviews visible on the site.
AliveAre your hours, prices and services the ones you have today?

Every «no» on this table is a customer who found you and still didn't call.

How we build yours

You shouldn't have to build your own website, or fix it at 11 PM. This is how we do it at Sinsajo:

  1. We start with you

Your services, your customers, the way you talk. Your website should sound like you, not like a template.

  2. Our system builds it, our team finishes it

Our system does the heavy lifting; our team designs, writes and checks every page.

  3. We launch it with the 7 covered

Made for the phone, fast, ready for Google, with a contact button we test ourselves.

  4. And we stay

Changes, updates, and every lead it brings gets answered.
