What we can delete
- Our records of your comments on our Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts: your name, profile ID, the comment text and our reply.
- The private message we sent you with a guide (Messenger or Instagram Direct), and the conversation in our Page inbox.
- What you sent through our website: contact forms, call bookings and conversations with Hanna, our chat assistant.
- Your email on our newsletter list.
How to ask
- Email sales@sinsajocreators.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- Tell us the name you use on Facebook or Instagram, or the email you used on our website. If you can, include a link to your comment or the name of the Page where you commented. It helps us find everything faster.
- We delete your data from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email. If the law requires us to keep something (an invoice, for example), we tell you what we kept and why.
If you also want your comment removed from our post, say so in the same email and we will delete it from the Page.
What you can do yourself right now
- Your comment
- On Facebook or Instagram, open the menu (···) on your comment and choose Delete.
- The conversation
- You can delete it from your Messenger or Instagram inbox. That removes it on your side only; to remove it from our Page inbox as well, write to us.
- Our emails
- Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we sent you.
- Access for our app
- Our Meta app only manages our own Pages, so most people never connect to it. If you did, go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, choose the app and remove it.
After we delete it
Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you comment on one of our posts again later, we will see that new comment like any other, and you can ask us to delete it too. How we handle data in general is explained in our Privacy Policy.
