You may read our website and use our free guides and tools for yourself and your own business. Please do not:

• Try to break into, overload or disrupt the website or our systems.
• Send spam or false information through our forms or our chat.
• Copy our content in bulk or republish it as your own.

Sinsajo Publicador, our internal tool, uses YouTube API Services to upload our videos to YouTube channels that we own. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

What the tool reads and keeps is explained in the YouTube section of our Privacy Policy. Google handles data as its Google Privacy Policy describes.

Sinsajo Revision (revision.sinsajocreators.com) is the internal content review and publishing tool operated by Sinsajo Creators. These terms also govern its use.

Who can use it. Sinsajo Revision is a private tool. Access is limited to Sinsajo Creators staff and clients we invite, using credentials we issue. You may not share your access or use the tool for anyone else’s accounts without our permission.

Connected social accounts. You can connect social media accounts (such as TikTok or a Facebook Page) so that approved content can be published from Sinsajo Revision. You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage each account you connect. Nothing is published without a person pressing the publish button and choosing the post settings (for TikTok: who can view the post, whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed, and whether the content must be disclosed as commercial). You can disconnect an account at any time from Sinsajo Revision or from the settings of the platform itself.

Your content. You keep all rights to the content you publish. You are responsible for making sure it follows the law and the rules of each platform, including TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy. We do not add watermarks or promotional material to your content.

Third-party platforms. Publishing depends on the platforms’ own services (TikTok, Meta and others). We are not responsible for their availability, their decisions about your content, or changes to their APIs.

Acceptable use. Do not use our services to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, to send spam, or to try to access data or accounts that are not yours.

The texts, videos, guides, images and brand on this website belong to Sinsajo Creators or to those who licensed them to us. You are welcome to share links to them. For any other use, write to us first.

When you hire us, the proposal or agreement we sign with you sets the scope, price and conditions of the work. If that agreement and these terms say different things, the agreement wins.

Our free guides and tools are general information, provided as they are. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and results depend on each business. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using the website or the free resources.

Our services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Sinsajo Creators is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost posts, reach or revenue arising from the use of third-party platforms. We may change, suspend or stop any part of our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
