AI Training for Teams · Based in Iowa, serving the US

AI training your team will actually use on Monday

Sinsajo Creators runs hands-on AI training for small business teams: a working session, not a lecture, where people leave using the tools on their own company’s work. We teach in English, in Spanish, or both in the same room, on-site in Iowa and neighboring states or live online anywhere in the US. It starts with a free 20-minute call where we figure out the right format, language and size for your team.

What we keep hearing before a team calls us

  • Half the team already uses ChatGPT, each in their own way, and nobody agrees on how
  • No one is sure what is safe to paste into an AI tool and what is not — so people either overshare or avoid it entirely
  • Someone already sat through a generic two-hour AI training, and nobody used any of it the following Monday
  • Half the team speaks Spanish at home, and the only training that ever showed up was in English
  • The owner is the only person in the business who actually knows how to use any of this

What makes this different

Not a slideshow about what AI can theoretically do. A session built around your business, run by people who use these tools to run their own.

Bilingual because we are, not because we translated it

Every session runs in English, Spanish, or both in the same room, taught by a bilingual team — not a script run through a translator the week before.

Your documents, not a demo business

The exercises use your services, your prices, your actual quotes and messages. What people practice on Monday is the same work they did in the room.

A written AI policy, agreed in the room

By the end, your team leaves with a one-page rule for what AI drafts and what a person always approves — decided together, not handed down from a template.

30 days of follow-up after the session

The training does not end when everyone goes home. We stay available for a month to fix what breaks and answer what comes up once people are actually using it.

We also build the tools we teach

Hanna, the chat agent answering questions on this website right now, is ours — we built it, we run it, and you can talk to it before you ever talk to a salesperson.

A bilingual team based in Iowa, not a franchise script

Sinsajo Creators is based in Pleasant Hill, in the Des Moines metro, and this training grew out of work we do for our own clients across Iowa. We have already run this exact program as “The Office in Your Hands,” four Saturday sessions in Ankeny — the slides, guides and skills kit from those sessions are published in the open, with the link further down this page, so you can read precisely what gets taught before you hire anyone. And the AI agent on this site, Hanna, is not a case study we heard about — we built her, and she is answering messages while you read this.

How we get your team started

  1. 1

    Free AI Readiness check

A short self-assessment that tells you where your business actually stands with AI before you spend a dollar on training. Takes a few minutes, no call required to start.

  2. 2

    A free 20-minute call

We talk through your team, your languages and your schedule, and land on the right format — a 90-minute kickoff, a one-day workshop, or the four-session program.

  3. 3

The training, then 30 days with us

We run the session with your real work, hand over the written recipes and policy, and stay reachable for a month while your team puts it into practice.

Questions about AI training with Sinsajo Creators

Do you travel outside Iowa?

Yes. We train on-site across the neighboring states and can travel further for the right team. Travel is quoted separately from the training itself, based on distance.

Is the Spanish training actually written in Spanish, or translated from English?

Written in Spanish, by a bilingual team, from the start. We are not running an English deck through a translator the night before — the examples, the tone and the jokes are built for the room, not converted for it.

How many people can attend?

The 90-minute kickoff works for a whole company at once. The one-day workshop and the four-session program are built for six to twenty people, because the exercises use real documents and everyone needs a laptop open. Larger teams are possible — we scope it on the call.

What tools do you teach, and what if we already pay for something else?

We teach the tools that fit what your team already does, and we work with what you have instead of forcing a switch. If you already pay for an AI assistant, we build the session around it rather than replacing it for the sake of it.

Should we do this on-site or online?

On-site works best for the full-day workshop, because people are heads-down on laptops and it helps to have someone walking the room. The 90-minute kickoff and the four-session program both work well online for teams spread across locations. We will tell you honestly which fits yours on the call.

What happens after the training ends?

You leave with the written recipes, the one-page AI policy and a 30-day plan per person, and we stay reachable for 30 days to help when something does not work the way it did in the room. After that, everything we built stays yours.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the format, the size of your team and how much of your business we load in beforehand, so we quote it after the free 20-minute call rather than guessing at a number here. Travel outside Iowa is quoted separately.

What if our team is not technical at all?

That is who this is built for. We do not assume anyone has used AI before, and the 90-minute kickoff exists specifically for the people in the room who are sure this is not for them.

Is our business information safe when we use these tools?

Part of the training itself is where the line is — what is fine to share with an AI tool and what never should be, and how to set that up so it is not left to memory. We do not take your documents with us afterward; the exercises stay yours.

Can you also build the tools for us, not just teach us to use them?

Yes — that is most of what we do outside of training. If your team wants a working assistant, an automated workflow or a website like this one built for you rather than by you, that is a separate conversation we are glad to have.

Three ways to start

Pick a starting point. We shape the rest around your team.

Every one of these gets adapted to what your people actually do all day — the examples, the documents and the exercises come from your business, not from a template.

AI Kickoff

90 minutes

Priced after the call

Who it is for
The whole team at once — including the people who are sure this is not for them.
What the team leaves with
Everyone leaves with three tasks they can hand to an AI assistant that same week, and one rule about what never gets sent without a person reading it.
  • The three doors: chatting with it, letting it work on your computer, and having it build things
  • Where the hours actually go in your business, and which of them are worth handing over
  • A live demonstration with a real task from your company, not a generic example
  • The one-page rule set: what AI drafts, and what a person always approves
  • Questions from the floor, in English, Spanish, or both

Where: On-site in Iowa and neighboring states, or live online anywhere in the US.

Team Workshop

One full day, hands-on

Priced after the call

Who it is for
Six to twenty people who will actually use this — owners, office staff, sales, operations.
What the team leaves with
The team leaves with your business loaded into an AI workspace and three flows already running: quoting, answering, and the weekly post.
  • Laptops open from minute one — nobody watches a slideshow all day
  • Loading your business: services, prices, tone and rules, so the answers sound like you
  • Three working flows built during the day with your real documents
  • Your one-page AI policy, written and agreed in the room
  • A 30-day plan, per person, with what to do on Monday
  • 30 days of follow-up afterwards, so what was built does not die on Friday

Where: On-site is where this one works best. Online is possible for distributed teams.

The Office in Your Hands

Four sessions

Priced after the call

Who it is for
Teams that want to go past using AI and start building their own tools with it.
What the team leaves with
By the last session each person has their own assistant, their own recipes, and their own 30-day yardstick to measure whether it was worth it.
  • Session by session, the same program we have already run in Iowa
  • Every recipe written down and handed over, so nobody has to remember a Saturday
  • The skills kit: ready-made recipes for quoting, answering, publishing, organizing and starting the week
  • Homework between sessions, reviewed at the start of the next one
  • Brand, website and commercial materials built with the tools, not talked about
  • 30 days of follow-up after the last session

Where: On-site, online, or split. Sessions are usually a week apart.

We quote after a 20-minute call, because the number depends on how many people, how many locations and how much we build with you. Travel outside Iowa is quoted separately.

The syllabus

What actually gets taught.

This is the program we already teach, module by module. A 90-minute talk covers the first one; a one-day workshop covers the first two in practice; the four-session program covers all four.

  1. 1Meet your assistant

Where the fear goes away. The team sets up its own workspace, has its first real conversation, and loads the business in so the answers stop sounding generic.

    • Which of the three doors to open first, and why most people pick the wrong one
    • Loading your business: what you sell, what you charge, how you talk, what you never do
    • Teaching it to push back instead of agreeing with everything you say
    • Ten tasks you can hand over this week: the hard reply, the quote, the weekly post, the long document, the decision you keep postponing
  2. 2Your computer, working

The assistant stops being a chat window and starts working on your actual files, with a leash you decide the length of.

    • Giving it a folder: what it can see, what it cannot, and the rule that is never broken
    • How much rope to give it — it prepares, you send
    • Hidden instructions in a web page or an email, and why a careless assistant is a security problem
    • Your whole system described in one message, so you stop re-explaining yourself every morning
    • Writing your first recipe, installing it, and using it that same day
  3. 3Your brand and your website

The part where people stop believing this is only for tech companies. Brand, pieces and a published site, built in the session.

    • What a brand manual is actually for, and what changes when the AI has one
    • From zero, or pointing it at the manual you already have
    • Your first post, in your business, not in the example business
    • Reviewing and correcting the logo the way you would correct a designer
    • Publishing it and opening it on a phone before anyone leaves the room
  4. 4From chatting to building

The last step: the tools your team keeps using on Monday, and how to tell whether any of this was worth the money.

    • Which model for which job — the differences that actually change your result
    • Your commercial presentation, your offer system and your website, built with the tools
    • The skills kit: recipes for quoting, answering, publishing, organizing and starting the week
    • The ten to start with, chosen by what kind of business you run
    • Your 30-day yardstick: what you measure to decide if this stays
    • And the one nobody teaches: what to charge when you start doing this for someone else

Read the material before you hire us

We have already run this program as four Saturday sessions in Ankeny, Iowa. The material is published and open — slides, guides and the skills kit — so you can read exactly what gets taught before you hire anyone.
