Who we are

Sinsajo Creators LLP ("Sinsajo Creators", "we", "us") is a digital marketing and AI automation agency based in Pleasant Hill, Iowa, United States.

This policy covers our website www.sinsajocreators.com, our internal tools, and the software we use to manage social media accounts, including our app on the Meta platform, which connects to Facebook, Instagram and Messenger, and our tool that publishes to our YouTube channels through YouTube API Services.

What you give us on the website

Contact and quote forms: Name, email, phone, business name and your message. We use them to answer and follow up on your request, and keep them in our customer database.
Booking a call: Name, email, phone and the time you pick. The appointment is created in our Google Calendar so we can meet you.
Newsletter and free guides: Your email, to send what you asked for. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
Workshop registration: Name and contact details, to manage your seat and send you the workshop information.
Chat with Hanna: Hanna is the assistant on our website. What you write is processed by an AI model to answer you and is saved with the conversation so the chat keeps its context.
Reviews: If you leave a review, we keep your name, your rating and your comment, and we may publish them on the site.

What the website collects on its own

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics count visits: pages viewed, type of device, approximate location and where the visit came from.
Advertising measurement: The Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag tell us whether our ads bring visits and contacts.
Campaign cookie: A cookie of our own (sc_attr) remembers the campaign that brought you (UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid), so we know which campaign a contact came from.
Server logs: Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser, date and time, to keep the site secure and working.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site keeps working without them.

We use our own app on the Meta platform to manage the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that we own or that we manage for our clients. Through it we:

Publish and schedule posts, photos, videos and reels on those Pages and accounts.
Read the comments people leave on those posts: the commenter’s name and profile ID, the text of the comment and its date.
Reply publicly to those comments. An AI assistant helps us sort comments and draft replies. Simple thank-you replies and answers to frequent questions can go out automatically; everything else is reviewed by a person first.
When someone comments a keyword to ask for one of our free guides, send that person one private message (Messenger or Instagram Direct) with their first name and a link to the guide. If they reply, a person answers from the Page inbox. We never send more than that one automatic message per comment.
Read Page and post statistics such as reach, views and reactions. These are totals, not information about individual people.

We keep a record of each comment (name, profile ID, text, date and what we answered) only to reply once, to avoid messaging the same person twice and to review our work.

We do not use this information for advertising, we do not build profiles with it, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone. We do not access friend lists, conversations with other people, or anything outside the Pages and accounts we manage.

You can delete your comment on Facebook or Instagram at any time, and you can ask us to delete our records. See how to delete your data.

YouTube

We publish videos on YouTube channels that we own. To do it we use YouTube API Services, through an internal tool of ours called "Sinsajo Publicador". It is not a public app: only our team uses it, and only with our own channels. With it we:

Upload videos that our team produced and approved, with their title, description and publish time, to our channels.
Read basic information about those same channels and videos (the channel name and ID, and the status of a video we uploaded) to confirm that each upload went through.

On our own computer the tool keeps, for each of our channels, the access token Google gives it and the channel name and ID, and, for each upload, the video ID, its title and its publish date. It does not collect, keep, share or sell any information about YouTube viewers, commenters or other users.

YouTube is a Google service. By using YouTube through our tool you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles data as its Google Privacy Policy describes.

The owner of a channel can revoke our tool’s access at any time from the Google security settings page. When access is revoked, we delete the token and the upload records we kept for that channel within 7 days. The videos already published stay on the channel, under its owner’s control.

How we use information

To answer your questions and deliver the services you hire.
To send you the guides, newsletters or reminders you asked for.
To manage our social media pages and reply to comments.
To measure and improve our website and our campaigns.
To keep our systems secure and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the purposes above.

Who helps us process it

A few providers run parts of these services for us. They process data only on our behalf, and each one has its own privacy policy:

Vercel: Website hosting and visit analytics.
Supabase: Our database.
Google: Analytics, Google Ads, Google Calendar and YouTube API Services.
Meta: Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the Meta Pixel.
Resend: Email delivery.
AI providers: Anthropic, and models accessed through OpenRouter, to draft replies to comments and to power the chat on our website.

How long we keep it

Contacts and leads: While we are working together or you may still need our reply, or until you ask us to delete them.
Newsletter: Until you unsubscribe.
Comment and message records: While we need them to answer and to avoid repeat messages. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
YouTube tokens and upload records: While our tool stays authorized on that channel. If access is revoked, we delete them within 7 days.
Analytics: According to the retention settings of each analytics tool.

How we protect it

Only authorized staff can access personal data, each with their own credentials. Access tokens and passwords are kept out of the website code and are available only to our servers. All connections to our site use HTTPS. No online system is completely secure, and if something ever went wrong we would tell the people affected.

Your rights

See the personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
Have your data deleted.
Limit or object to how we use it.

To use any of these rights, write to sales@sinsajocreators.com. We answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we hand over or delete anything.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change is important, we will also say so on the site.
