AI Training in Spanish · For Teams Across the US
AI training your Spanish-speaking team actually understands
This is AI training for teams that include Spanish-speaking staff in the US, built for the manager or owner deciding whether to run it, not just for the people sitting in the room. The material, the exercises and the follow-up are delivered in Spanish, or mixed if your team is mixed, because training people don't fully understand in the moment is training they won't use on Monday. We travel on-site to Iowa and the neighboring states, and teach live online in any state. It starts with a free 20-minute call.
What happens when AI training only comes in English
- You roll out AI training in English, half the team nods along, and nothing changes in how they actually work the following week.
- The manual got run through a translator, and the Spanish version reads strange enough that people trust it less than the English one.
- The people who talk to your customers the most — the front desk, the crew in the field — are the ones who get the least training, because training gets built for the office.
- Your Spanish-speaking staff aren't sure whether they can paste a customer's name and number into an AI chat, so they avoid the tool entirely rather than risk it.
- In a room where the training runs in English, nobody who speaks Spanish raises a hand — not when they're lost, and not when they have the question everyone else needed asked.
What we set up
Not the English course translated afterward. It gets written in Spanish first, and adapts to whatever mix of languages your team actually speaks.
The material is written in Spanish
Not translated after the fact — it starts in Spanish, with the words a Spanish-speaking team in the US actually uses day to day.
The trainer is a native Spanish speaker
No interpreter, no simultaneous translation in the room — whoever is teaching thinks and answers in Spanish, and switches to English on the spot when it's needed.
Exercises use your real documents
Quotes, WhatsApp messages, real prices from your business — not a made-up example company.
The same session runs mixed
If your team has people who only speak English and people who only speak Spanish, the session alternates depending on who's asking, so nobody sits out the conversation.
One AI policy, in both languages
The one-page rule for what your team can and can't paste into an AI chat ships in English and in Spanish, so everyone reads and signs the same policy.
30 days of follow-up, in Spanish too
The questions that come up the first week of actually using it get answered in the language the training was given in.
A bilingual team based in the Des Moines area
Sinsajo Creators is based in the Des Moines, Iowa area. We already ran «La Oficina en Tus Manos» in Spanish — four Saturday sessions in Ankeny — and its material, slides, guides and the recipe kit, is published and open: you can read exactly what gets taught, in Spanish, before you hire us. Hanna, the agent on this site, answers in both languages — try her yourself and ask your questions in Spanish or English.
How it starts
- 1
Free assessment
A short read on where your team stands with AI today, so we can tell you whether a talk, a workshop or the full program fits.
- 2
20-minute call
We talk through your business, who's on your team and which language each person works in, and shape the plan around that.
- 3
Training, plus 30 days of follow-up
We run the session you chose, in Spanish or mixed, and stay available for a month for the questions that come up once your team is actually using it.
Questions about AI training in Spanish
Does all the material actually come in Spanish?
Yes. The slides, the exercises and the take-home recipes are written in Spanish — not built in English first and translated afterward.
What if my team is mixed, with some English-only staff?
The same session runs mixed: we explain in the language of whoever is asking, and the material ships in both languages so each person takes home the one they read.
Is this just the English course translated?
No. It's written in Spanish from the first draft — we don't run English slides through a translator — using the words a Spanish-speaking team in the US actually uses, not a literal translation.
Do you travel to my state?
On-site, we travel to Iowa and the neighboring states: Nebraska, Minnesota, Missouri, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Illinois. Outside that ring, we teach live online; on-site travel elsewhere is quoted separately.
Does this work for staff who aren't at a computer all day?
Yes — that's part of the point. It's built around what your people actually use, their phone, WhatsApp, the app they already have open, not around the assumption that everyone starts from an office computer.
Can we do this on a weekend or in shifts?
Yes. The full program has already run on Saturdays, and the one-day workshop or the 90-minute talk can be split into shifts if your business can't close to train everyone at once.
What does it cost?
We quote it after the free 20-minute call, because the number depends on how many people, how many locations, and whether it's on-site or online. Travel outside Iowa is quoted separately.
Is our customer data exposed?
We don't connect your business to anything during training unless you decide to. Part of what gets taught is exactly what customer data can and can't be pasted into an AI chat.
Do you give a certificate?
We don't issue an accredited certificate. What you do get is the full material in writing and a 30-day plan per person, spelling out what each of them should be doing with AI once it's done.
Three ways to start
Pick a starting point. We shape the rest around your team.
Every one of these gets adapted to what your people actually do all day — the examples, the documents and the exercises come from your business, not from a template.
AI Kickoff
90 minutes
Priced after the call
- Who it is for
- The whole team at once — including the people who are sure this is not for them.
- What the team leaves with
- Everyone leaves with three tasks they can hand to an AI assistant that same week, and one rule about what never gets sent without a person reading it.
- The three doors: chatting with it, letting it work on your computer, and having it build things
- Where the hours actually go in your business, and which of them are worth handing over
- A live demonstration with a real task from your company, not a generic example
- The one-page rule set: what AI drafts, and what a person always approves
- Questions from the floor, in English, Spanish, or both
Where: On-site in Iowa and neighboring states, or live online anywhere in the US.
Team Workshop
One full day, hands-on
Priced after the call
- Who it is for
- Six to twenty people who will actually use this — owners, office staff, sales, operations.
- What the team leaves with
- The team leaves with your business loaded into an AI workspace and three flows already running: quoting, answering, and the weekly post.
- Laptops open from minute one — nobody watches a slideshow all day
- Loading your business: services, prices, tone and rules, so the answers sound like you
- Three working flows built during the day with your real documents
- Your one-page AI policy, written and agreed in the room
- A 30-day plan, per person, with what to do on Monday
- 30 days of follow-up afterwards, so what was built does not die on Friday
Where: On-site is where this one works best. Online is possible for distributed teams.
The Office in Your Hands
Four sessions
Priced after the call
- Who it is for
- Teams that want to go past using AI and start building their own tools with it.
- What the team leaves with
- By the last session each person has their own assistant, their own recipes, and their own 30-day yardstick to measure whether it was worth it.
- Session by session, the same program we have already run in Iowa
- Every recipe written down and handed over, so nobody has to remember a Saturday
- The skills kit: ready-made recipes for quoting, answering, publishing, organizing and starting the week
- Homework between sessions, reviewed at the start of the next one
- Brand, website and commercial materials built with the tools, not talked about
- 30 days of follow-up after the last session
Where: On-site, online, or split. Sessions are usually a week apart.
We quote after a 20-minute call, because the number depends on how many people, how many locations and how much we build with you. Travel outside Iowa is quoted separately.
Two ways to start, both free
The syllabus
What actually gets taught.
This is the program we already teach, module by module. A 90-minute talk covers the first one; a one-day workshop covers the first two in practice; the four-session program covers all four.
1Meet your assistant
Where the fear goes away. The team sets up its own workspace, has its first real conversation, and loads the business in so the answers stop sounding generic.
- Which of the three doors to open first, and why most people pick the wrong one
- Loading your business: what you sell, what you charge, how you talk, what you never do
- Teaching it to push back instead of agreeing with everything you say
- Ten tasks you can hand over this week: the hard reply, the quote, the weekly post, the long document, the decision you keep postponing
2Your computer, working
The assistant stops being a chat window and starts working on your actual files, with a leash you decide the length of.
- Giving it a folder: what it can see, what it cannot, and the rule that is never broken
- How much rope to give it — it prepares, you send
- Hidden instructions in a web page or an email, and why a careless assistant is a security problem
- Your whole system described in one message, so you stop re-explaining yourself every morning
- Writing your first recipe, installing it, and using it that same day
3Your brand and your website
The part where people stop believing this is only for tech companies. Brand, pieces and a published site, built in the session.
- What a brand manual is actually for, and what changes when the AI has one
- From zero, or pointing it at the manual you already have
- Your first post, in your business, not in the example business
- Reviewing and correcting the logo the way you would correct a designer
- Publishing it and opening it on a phone before anyone leaves the room
4From chatting to building
The last step: the tools your team keeps using on Monday, and how to tell whether any of this was worth the money.
- Which model for which job — the differences that actually change your result
- Your commercial presentation, your offer system and your website, built with the tools
- The skills kit: recipes for quoting, answering, publishing, organizing and starting the week
- The ten to start with, chosen by what kind of business you run
- Your 30-day yardstick: what you measure to decide if this stays
- And the one nobody teaches: what to charge when you start doing this for someone else
Read the material before you hire us
We have already run this program as four Saturday sessions in Ankeny, Iowa. The material is published and open — slides, guides and the skills kit — so you can read exactly what gets taught before you hire anyone.
