AI Training · Des Moines Metro, Iowa

AI training, on-site, for your Des Moines team

Sinsajo Creators trains teams across the Des Moines metro — West Des Moines, Ankeny, Urbandale, Waukee, Altoona, Johnston, Clive, Pleasant Hill — in your own office, in English, Spanish, or both. There is no travel fee inside the metro: we set up in your conference room and run the same program we already gave as four Saturday sessions in Ankeny. Talk to the agent on this site first — Hanna is the same kind of assistant your team will leave knowing how to build.

What gets in the way of training your Des Moines team

  • Getting eight people out of the office and across town to a hotel conference room burns half the morning before the training even starts.
  • A firm flying in from Chicago or Minneapolis quotes a travel fee just to reach Ankeny or Waukee, on top of the training itself.
  • Your West Des Moines office and your Urbandale office each ran their own "lunch and learn" on AI, with two different results.
  • The online course your team started never got past the third video, because nobody blocked a real day on the calendar for it.
  • You want to see what a full day actually looks like — the agenda, the timing, where lunch happens — before you commit a room full of people to it.

What a day in your office looks like

We come to you. Here is what that actually means, not just that we say it.

On-site, anywhere in the metro, no travel fee

West Des Moines, Ankeny, Urbandale, Waukee, Altoona, Johnston, Clive, Pleasant Hill — we set up in your conference room or break area, at no added travel cost.

A full day, hour by hour

A typical workshop runs 8:30–9:00 doors and coffee, 9:00–10:30 loading your business in, 10:30–12:00 building the first flow with your real documents, 12:00–1:00 lunch (catered or brought in — your call), 1:00–3:00 the second and third flows, 3:00–3:45 writing your one-page AI policy together, 3:45–4:00 the 30-day plan for each person.

Built on what already worked in Ankeny

The four-session program is the same one we ran as four Saturdays in Ankeny — the slides, the guides and the skills kit are published in the open, with the link further down this page, so you can read exactly what gets taught before you book a room.

Sized to the room you actually have

Six to twenty people works in a normal conference room with laptops. Tell us the space you have and we will tell you honestly if it fits.

Based in Pleasant Hill, training across the whole metro

Sinsajo Creators is based in Pleasant Hill and has already run this program on-site in the metro — four Saturday sessions in Ankeny, with real people, real laptops and real business documents, not a rented venue with a generic slide deck. We know the drive to West Des Moines, Waukee and Urbandale because we make it ourselves, which is also why there is no travel line item on your invoice for anything inside Greater Des Moines.

How we book a day for your team

  1. 1

    Free 20-minute call

We figure out the room, the group size and which format fits: a 90-minute kickoff, a full workshop day, or the four-session program.

  2. 2

    We load your business in

Your services, your prices, your tone and your rules, in English, Spanish, or both, before anyone sits down.

  3. 3

We show up with the day already planned

You get the hour-by-hour agenda ahead of time, so your team knows what to block on the calendar.

  4. 4

    30 days of follow-up

We check back after the session so what got built in your office is still being used a month later, not forgotten by the following Monday.

Questions about AI training in Des Moines

Do you actually come to my office?

Yes — that is the default. We bring laptops-open training to your conference room or break room anywhere in the Des Moines metro.

Is there a travel cost inside the metro?

No. West Des Moines, Ankeny, Urbandale, Waukee, Altoona, Johnston, Clive and Pleasant Hill are all inside our normal service area, at no added travel fee.

Can you train us outside regular work hours?

Yes. Evenings and weekends both work — the four-session program we already ran in Ankeny was four Saturdays, precisely so owners and staff who cannot skip a weekday could attend.

How many people fit in a session?

The workshop is built for six to twenty. Smaller groups work fine for the kickoff; for more than twenty we usually split into two sessions so it stays hands-on.

Do you provide laptops?

Usually not — we ask your team to bring their own work laptop, since the point is setting up tools inside the accounts and files they already use. Tell us on the call if that is a problem and we will figure out a workaround.

Can I see the material before I book a room full of people?

Yes. The slides, guides and skills kit from the Ankeny sessions are published in the open — the link is further down this page, so you can read them before you commit anyone's time.

What does a day actually cost?

It depends on the format and group size. We scope it on the free call at /book/ and give you a number before anything is on the calendar.

Is Spanish really part of it, or just the marketing?

Both languages run through the same session — the materials, the demo and the Q&A all work in English, Spanish, or switching between them, because Sinsajo Creators is a bilingual team.

Three ways to start

Pick a starting point. We shape the rest around your team.

Every one of these gets adapted to what your people actually do all day — the examples, the documents and the exercises come from your business, not from a template.

AI Kickoff

90 minutes

Priced after the call

Who it is for
The whole team at once — including the people who are sure this is not for them.
What the team leaves with
Everyone leaves with three tasks they can hand to an AI assistant that same week, and one rule about what never gets sent without a person reading it.
  • The three doors: chatting with it, letting it work on your computer, and having it build things
  • Where the hours actually go in your business, and which of them are worth handing over
  • A live demonstration with a real task from your company, not a generic example
  • The one-page rule set: what AI drafts, and what a person always approves
  • Questions from the floor, in English, Spanish, or both

Where: On-site in Iowa and neighboring states, or live online anywhere in the US.

Team Workshop

One full day, hands-on

Priced after the call

Who it is for
Six to twenty people who will actually use this — owners, office staff, sales, operations.
What the team leaves with
The team leaves with your business loaded into an AI workspace and three flows already running: quoting, answering, and the weekly post.
  • Laptops open from minute one — nobody watches a slideshow all day
  • Loading your business: services, prices, tone and rules, so the answers sound like you
  • Three working flows built during the day with your real documents
  • Your one-page AI policy, written and agreed in the room
  • A 30-day plan, per person, with what to do on Monday
  • 30 days of follow-up afterwards, so what was built does not die on Friday

Where: On-site is where this one works best. Online is possible for distributed teams.

The Office in Your Hands

Four sessions

Priced after the call

Who it is for
Teams that want to go past using AI and start building their own tools with it.
What the team leaves with
By the last session each person has their own assistant, their own recipes, and their own 30-day yardstick to measure whether it was worth it.
  • Session by session, the same program we have already run in Iowa
  • Every recipe written down and handed over, so nobody has to remember a Saturday
  • The skills kit: ready-made recipes for quoting, answering, publishing, organizing and starting the week
  • Homework between sessions, reviewed at the start of the next one
  • Brand, website and commercial materials built with the tools, not talked about
  • 30 days of follow-up after the last session

Where: On-site, online, or split. Sessions are usually a week apart.

We quote after a 20-minute call, because the number depends on how many people, how many locations and how much we build with you. Travel outside Iowa is quoted separately.

The syllabus

What actually gets taught.

This is the program we already teach, module by module. A 90-minute talk covers the first one; a one-day workshop covers the first two in practice; the four-session program covers all four.

  1. 1Meet your assistant

Where the fear goes away. The team sets up its own workspace, has its first real conversation, and loads the business in so the answers stop sounding generic.

    • Which of the three doors to open first, and why most people pick the wrong one
    • Loading your business: what you sell, what you charge, how you talk, what you never do
    • Teaching it to push back instead of agreeing with everything you say
    • Ten tasks you can hand over this week: the hard reply, the quote, the weekly post, the long document, the decision you keep postponing
  2. 2Your computer, working

The assistant stops being a chat window and starts working on your actual files, with a leash you decide the length of.

    • Giving it a folder: what it can see, what it cannot, and the rule that is never broken
    • How much rope to give it — it prepares, you send
    • Hidden instructions in a web page or an email, and why a careless assistant is a security problem
    • Your whole system described in one message, so you stop re-explaining yourself every morning
    • Writing your first recipe, installing it, and using it that same day
  3. 3Your brand and your website

The part where people stop believing this is only for tech companies. Brand, pieces and a published site, built in the session.

    • What a brand manual is actually for, and what changes when the AI has one
    • From zero, or pointing it at the manual you already have
    • Your first post, in your business, not in the example business
    • Reviewing and correcting the logo the way you would correct a designer
    • Publishing it and opening it on a phone before anyone leaves the room
  4. 4From chatting to building

The last step: the tools your team keeps using on Monday, and how to tell whether any of this was worth the money.

    • Which model for which job — the differences that actually change your result
    • Your commercial presentation, your offer system and your website, built with the tools
    • The skills kit: recipes for quoting, answering, publishing, organizing and starting the week
    • The ten to start with, chosen by what kind of business you run
    • Your 30-day yardstick: what you measure to decide if this stays
    • And the one nobody teaches: what to charge when you start doing this for someone else
